[Mristudio-users] roieditor colormap generated rois on an FA map

Dear mristudio team,

I created an ROI on a colormap using roieditor and then opened in on  
my FA map. On the color map it looks fine, but on the FA map it has a  
"hole" in the middle (see pic).
Please advise.
