   I know that "The easiest way to iterate through the trial-and-error is by clicking the “Flip Eigen vector” check boxes"  in order to figure out the relationship between diffusion and imaging gradients, but I don't know to check the results of fiber tracking so as to we decide it is correct. could you explain it for me?  thanks.
