[Mristudio-users] skull stripping

Dear All,
 
I have only ROI editor manual for version 1.1 where i couldn't find information regarding how to use skull stripping (ROI editor version 1.2) i.e. to fill in values in options Predownsample, Gamma, segment Downsample, seed etc. It will be of great help to me if someone could please direct me where i can find manual  or details to use skull stripping.
