Dear Tieu,

If you donwloaded *.rec files, those are 4D files without headers.

We are looking into 8/11 and 8/18 week to provide a tutorial in Baltimore.
We'll make an announcement shortly. Meanwhile, please study the manual
posted in www.mristudio.org.

Subject: [Mristudio-users] DTI STUDIO

Dear Dr. Mori,

I am a temporary research assistant who is currently learning about DTI and
Difussion MRI. I recently downloaded the DTI studio software (John Hopkins)
to upload your provided datas and be able to process the raw data. However,
I want to know if the data format is 3D or 4D? I also would like to know if
there is a tutorial available that provide steps to help me process the raw
datas on my own.

Thank You.
Tieu Luu
