Dear MriCloud users,

As you might have already noticed, the batch processing of MriCloud is now back and you can submit data. We finished deploying our pipeline in Maryland Advanced Research Computing Center, which now provides a much larger capacity. We would appreciate if you can share your experience with us.

In this cloud system, we impose a quota for each user. For one submission, only up to 10 data can be zipped and you can submit 4 batch (40 data) in one day. In addition, you are allowed to submit up to 200 data in one month.

If there is no queue, the processing should complete within 20-30 min.

If you need a larger data processing capacity or a processing priority, please contact us.
