[Mricloud_users] MRICloud Tutorial in Kyoto on December 10

Dear MRICloud users,


We will have a short tutorial in Kyoto, Japan, on 12/10.

If you are interested in participating it, please see the information posted at https://www.mristudio.org/wiki/mricloud .


The tutorial will be provided by Dr. Mori, covering the new fully automated pipelines for T1-based segmentation, DTI, rs-fMRI, and ASL.


You need to bring your own computers with data that can be downloaded from the site listed above.

The cloud-based analysis can run in any computers but the final data processing steps require RoiEditor, that runs in Windows.
