In the process of doing reliability analyses for ROI
creation using DTIStudio v2.4 we discovered that we get significantly different
results (in terms of fiber number) on different computers. We tested this using
the same images and the same ROIs (saved from one machine and loaded onto
another). Has anyone encountered this problem? Is there a computer setting that
affects the performance of the program.
