Previously, our lab has been working with (1.5T) 16 diffusion directions and 4 repeats, on which we we're able to go through and do manual slice exclusion. We are changing magnets and have been piloting 3T scans with 64 diffusion gradients with only one repeat. With only one repeat, is it possible (advisable) to do any slice exclusion (and if so, how much?)? I know at the tutorial, Dr Mori mentioned that the slice exclusion is a very important facet of obtaining accurate results, so I am a little worried about our transition to one repeat and any advice that the team could offer would certainly be much appreciated. Thank you very much Matt Gnirke -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
