We tested this using the same images and the same ROIs (saved from one machine and loaded onto another). Has anyone encountered this problem? Is there a computer setting that affects the performance of the program. Thanks for any feedback, JN Jay Nierenberg MD, PhD Research Scientist, Center for Advanced Brain Imaging, The Nathan S. I used T2FSE images as reference and 6gradient DTI to be registered. It went through it. After then, I saved each image (7 sets of DWs) as raw or attached nrrd formats, but I cannot open them in a new DTI mapping tool nor using Mean STD in DTI mapping tap. Is there any body who faced this problem before? Thanks, Mi Jung -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... I have some experience with DTI analysis-but haven't worked with a multiple b-value acquisition before. I'm wondering if it is ok to simply use the highest b-value (1000) for analysis, or if it's truly better to combine the two highest bvalues (640, 1000) when concatenating the diffusion data? I understand that there's a theoretical argument for increased SNR w/multiple b-values, but I wondering if combining b-values appreciably increases SNR, empirically? Any thoughts are much appreciated! -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
