[Dtistudio-users] Ellipsoidal visualization

Dear all,

I have been trying to use DTI Studio for my research. I have been able to obtain the Eigenvalue maps, Eigenvectors, and FA maps in the DTI Map option. However, I can't figure out how to show visualization of tensors as ellipsoids. Another query is how can we find the eigenvalues for a particular voxel, or say ROI and read the values in Matlab. Please help me out.
