[Dtistudio-users] registration

A new feature is the registration button in the DtiStudio.
 
However, I couldn't figure out a proper/convenient way to use it.
 
1. If I want to align 2 of the acquisitions with a third one, do I need to repeatedly select the target and the 2 other volumes for each of the gradients?
 
2. After the aligned images are produced, how to use them for tensor calculations?
