However, I couldn't figure out a proper/convenient way to use it. 1. If I want to align 2 of the acquisitions with a third one, do I need to repeatedly select the target and the 2 other volumes for each of the gradients? 2. This rim is not present in the ADC and FA maps that are directly reconstructed by the scanner (philips). Does this mean that the scanner uses a B0-mask for the maps and DTI-studio doesn't?
