[Announcements] Remote Processing

With apologies, please note that the ICM Cluster shutdown is NOT scheduled for
this Friday, July 27th, but WILL take place next Friday, August 3rd.  Remote
processing requests received before 12PM EDT next Friday will be scheduled for
execution on the ICM, but if still running at 3:30 PM will be terminated. 
Processing requests posted after 12PM will wait until the ICM is restarted 12PM
EDT Saturday August 4th.
