Dear MriStudio users,
Last year, we introduced two programs, Landmarker and RoiEditor. Landmarker lets
us normalize DTI data using linear and nonlinear (LDDMM) transformation based on
manually placed landmarks [1] or automatically [2, 3]. As you might have noticed
already, the manual of Landmarker in www.mristudio.org was quite minimum and
many of you have had hard time to learn how to use the software. We recently
updated the Lanamarker manual at
https://www.mristudio.org/wiki/user_manual/landmarker. Please see a section
called "Getting Started".
We are still working on more formal manuals but for a time being, we hope this
section will help you understand how the software works.
Sincerely,
Susumu Mori
